DMCA Policy

"Mccoist Slams Var" (the "Site") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification under the DMCA. To file a counter-notification, please provide the following information:

  • Identification of the material: Identify the material that "Mccoist Slams Var" has removed or to which access has been disabled, and the URL(s) or other specific location(s) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
